Prepaid video credits, explained
· How it works
1080p AI video costs $10.99 for 5 seconds, $13.99 for 10 or $15.99 for 15. Each clip uses a prepaid unit for its exact length, outside the subscription.
AI video generation costs $10.99 for a clip of 5 seconds, $13.99 for 10 seconds, or $15.99 for 15 seconds. Every offered clip is 1080p and billed with a prepaid unit outside your subscription.
Video units do not reset with a monthly allowance window. They stay in their own prepaid balance until they are used.
A unit is reserved before we dispatch the generation. That prevents a job from starting without the matching paid capacity behind it.
We consume the reserved unit after the finished clip is delivered. The balance then records the exact clip class that completed.
If the provider confirms that the job failed, we release the reservation. A confirmed failure should not spend a unit for a clip you did not receive.
The units are specific to the clip length by design. A unit for 5 seconds cannot pay for a clip of 15 seconds, because the requested work and the purchased unit need to match before dispatch.
The same rule keeps pricing easy to audit. You can see which duration you bought, which duration was reserved, and which duration was delivered.
Video billing is separate from Image Generation Credits. Making a clip does not quietly reduce the image balance included with a plan.
It is also separate from every subscription. A Creator, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plan gives you the workspace and its operating allowances, while video remains a single purchase per clip unit.
Choose the duration the finished idea needs, then review the generated clip in Fenfire before it moves into a draft or publishing workflow.
