Fenfire Terms of Service

Eligibility and authority

Fenfire is the new name of Social Bee. An account opened under the Social Bee name continues under these terms, with the same plan, allowances and connected accounts.

You must be at least 18 and able to bind yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate team roles, and all authorized activity in your workspace.

Connected accounts and content

You may connect only social accounts and assets you are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of your content and grant HYVE LABS LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, publish, and display it at your direction. You are responsible for the content, approvals, audience, and legality of each action.

Plans and billing

Fenfire offers Creator, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. There is no free plan. A plan includes the verified Creator Identity or Brand Workspaces, seats, connected profiles, capabilities, and Image Generation Credits stated at purchase. Organic publishing is unlimited from Starter up, subject to fair use; Creator includes 60 publishing actions a month. X posts are metered separately as X units. Enterprise is sales-assisted.

Creator and Starter start with a 7-day trial: a card is required at checkout, the first charge lands on day 8, and one trial is allowed per business. The trial is capped at 8 Image Generation Credits, 20 publishing actions and 2 connected profiles. Growth is billed from day one. Cancelling before the charge, from the billing portal, costs nothing. Enterprise is sales-assisted and has no trial.

Included Image Generation Credits reset on monthly allowance windows and do not roll over or compound, including when a subscription is paid annually. Creator publishing actions and X units reset on the same windows. Growth and Enterprise pool their included usage across included Brand Workspaces while each operation remains subject to tenant, workspace, brand, market, account, role, and provider controls.

Purchased Image Generation Credits are kept in a separate balance, are consumed only after included credits, and do not reset or expire while the account is retained. They cannot be used without an eligible active subscription. Purchases are final and have no cash value, subject to required remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges, disputes, and applicable law.

Recurring workspace, seat, profile, publishing, and Plus add-ons use their own monthly or annual paid periods. Monthly add-ons may be cancelled for the next monthly boundary; annual add-ons remain active through the prepaid annual term and may opt out of renewal. Cancellation stops future charges without refunding the current paid period or deleting retained customer data.

Video generation is separately billed outside every subscription and Image Generation Credit allowance. A paid subscription or add-on begins or renews only through the authorized billing flow. Prices, taxes, periods, renewal terms, and applicable cancellation rights are presented before purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not use Fenfire to violate law or provider rules; access accounts without permission; send spam, harassment, deceptive content, or unlawful material; evade rate limits or plan controls; probe or disrupt the service; scrape or resell it; or attempt to expose another tenant's information. You must obtain any approvals and rights required for the people, brands, media, and personal data you process.

Provider capabilities and availability

Fenfire depends on third-party platforms such as Meta. Features are available only when the provider, connected account type, permissions, API, review status, and your plan support them. We do not promise unofficial controls. In particular, Instagram group creation, membership administration, and renaming are unavailable unless Meta officially exposes and authorizes them for the connected professional account.

Providers may change or suspend APIs, permissions, rate limits, review decisions, or account access. We may adjust or withdraw affected features rather than simulate unsupported behavior.

AI-assisted features

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. An authorized user remains responsible for approving content and actions. AI assistance does not replace professional, legal, or platform-policy advice.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You agree to use role and account controls responsibly and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@hyve-os.com.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service; address nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or legal duties; or enforce these terms. You may cancel as described in the billing flow. On termination, access ends and data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

Service terms and liability

We provide Fenfire with reasonable care, but the service and third-party platforms may experience interruption or change. To the extent permitted by law, Fenfire is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in an order, and HYVE LABS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to HYVE LABS LLC in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Questions can be sent to support@hyve-os.com.
